Story
During World War two, the Japanese used weather forecasts as coded messages to their overseas diplomats on forthcoming attacks. East Wind Rain was the code for an imminent attack on Pearl Harbor and this code was decoded by a Chinese agent An Ming working in Shanghai in 1941. The movie follows An Ming’s attempt to pass a warning to his superiors and the effect of the attack afterwards in Shanghai.
