Story
A career inspector Kee is working on a difficult case and asks ask experienced street tough inspector Manfred to help him. Together they uncover a series of incidents indicating corruption and intrigue at the highest levels of Hong Kong’s police force.
As the plot unfolds, the stakes in the investigation heighten and violence erupts with a gruesome shoot out in a restaurant and a growing body count. One of the highlights of the film emerges when Manfred walks down a main street of Hong Kong with an AK-47 assault rifle in hand.
