Story
The year is 1916 with the Qing Dynasty recently overthrown and China is being fought over by warlords. Zhang Xian is a master magician who has been honing his skills for 10 years and returns to Beijing to plot his revenge on the warlord Bully Lei by kidnapping him and rescue his ex fiancée Yin. Bully Lei kidnapped Yin years earlier before she could marry Zhang and has been trying to make her his wife with out success.
The story is further complicated when Bully Lei’s butler and right hand man is plotting with one of Bully’s wives against Bully and searching for a treasure called the Seven Wonders. Not to be out done the villainous Japanese are also on Zhang’s trail.
