Story
Chen is a part of a large police operation to monitor and arrest a crime boss Chu Tao. Chu Tao attempts to flee and is finally caught by Chan after a difficult chase and is regarded as a hero. Chan is given the responsibility of protecting Selina who is a critical witness against Chu Tao. Selina leaves Chan’s custody and later fails to testify against Chu Tao which makes Chan the laughing stock of Hong Kong.
Chu Tao wants revenge against Chan so he arranges the death of a corrupt cop and frames Chen for the death. On the run and wanted for murder, Chan must capture Chu Tao and clear his name.
