Story
Shadows of love is a story about three interrelated couples and their love stories.  The story starts with Paris who the part owner and head of a large company having an argument with he boyfriend and company CEO Qan storming off to Korea for a business trip. Qan chases her to the airport but mistakes a flower seller Qin Xin for Paris because they look identical.

The same day an avalanche in Korea kills large numbers of people and Qan fears for Paris’s life. At the same time one of the company’s board members is mounting a take over bid. Qan needs Paris at his side to block the take over so he comes up with the plan of using Qin Xin to impersonate Paris until they can find Paris and bring her back to China.

Though same in appearance, Paris and Qin Xin are very different in character. Paris is a tough, ruthless uncompromising and cold perfectionist while Qin Xin is a gentle kind hearted and caring. Qan has a week to train Qin Xin to impersonate Paris so he recruits Paris’s cousin and his friend to help him. His friend is in love with Paris’s cousin and uses the week to pursue his love. During the week, Qin Xin spends a lot of time with her elderly mother tells her about the love story of her and her husband who she met during world war two.

During the week of training, feelings develop between Qin Xin and Qan and they become the third couple in the movie.

Editor’s Review of Shadows of Love – Score 3/10
Shadows of Love is cheap, the acting is very bland, the story extremely predictable and the filming is much more suitable for a TV series than a movie. Even fans of Cecilia Chueng will have trouble enjoying Shadows of love. The only good point about this movie is it only last for 83 minutes.
